Pruning is in response to a safety need when faced with a risk or hazard of diseased trees falling. Formative pruning is not invasive to the tree, which retains its shape. Safety pruning prevents dead branches from dropping. Crown reduction and thinning reduce the risk of failure: more light is allowed through and deadwood is prevented from forming. And invasive plants? We also remove ivy and cutting off shoots. In each case or specialist tree surgeons operate in accordance with rigorous techniques, with the greatest respect for nature, using state-of-the-art machinery and tools which do not cause any injury to the tree.
Becoming a competent climbing arborist requires rigorous training. Please e-mail us for further details on training courses.
